As entrepreneurs, you understand that every venture firm has a different personality and style. We feel that you shouldn't discover that after we've closed the deal, but before you even step into our offices so we have developed "Our Code", displayed below:

It's not about us, it's about you.

You are the guys putting it all on the line every day to build your dream. It is you who partnered with us to share your vision, talent, and drive. You had a choice and you chose us. We are humbled by your courage and we never forget how difficult it is to turn that dream into a great business.

Mean what you say, say what you mean.

Beating around the bush is a waste of everyone's time. We may not always be right, but we will always approach each issue with candor, integrity, and humility placing the interest of the business first.

Add value in every interaction.

When you partner with us, our only objective is helping you grow the business. We view ourselves as an extension of your team, not to be obtrusive, but to lend a hand in any way we can, be it introducing you to potential customers, crafting strategy, helping bring in members of the team, or introducing additional capital partners. Our only intent is to help.

All for one, and one for all.

Every partner, advisor, and portfolio CEO at Metamorphic will try to help you, not just the point person on your deal. You should never hesitate to contact any one of us directly. You are part of our family and family helps each other succeed. So expect us to call on you to help our other entrepreneurs as much we will call on them to help you.

Focus, focus, focus.

We are focused on you. We only invest in two sectors - digital media and transaction processing (which are converging every day). This lets us add more value to you because we have a deeper understanding of what is going on in your industry as well as develop a broad network of contacts that we can leverage to help you. We focus on doing fewer deals than many other VCs because unfortunately there are only 24 hours in the day and we've committed not just our money to you, but our time as well.
