Incubator Services

One of the ways we add value at Metamorphic is by offering our portfolio companies incubation services. The suite of services is available at the option of the entrepreneurs and is never forced upon the portfolio companies, but most of our portfolio companies find they are a great value and choose to use them.

Among the services offered are shared facilities at 450 Park Avenue South in New York where we also have our offices allowing portfolio companies quick and easy access to the Metamorphic team as well as easy interaction with our other portfolio companies. We also offer companies virtual CFO services including monthly and quarterly budgeting and financial reporting, cap table maintenance, healthcare plans, payroll processing, and cash management.

It is our belief that by offering these services, portfolio companies can both keep their overhead to a minimum while freeing up their time to focus on the two most important aspects of building an early stage company – product and customer development.
